Grounding Grounding is essential to prevent burnout(very nasty side effect of too much energy drawn). To ground, visualise roots of energy shooting out of your feet into the ground. Feel them drawing energy into you, or letting it out as required so that your energy will be constantly balanced. Once you have done this, and you feel "anchored" in a way, it's time to start drawing energy. This is where the many different methods come in. For me drawing energy has become a subconcious thing, but that's due to quite a bit of practice. The method I started out with was visualising my body filling with energy. I imagined it to be red colored, because this is my favorite color. But it can be whatever color you want. Feel the energy starting as a small part in the center of your body, and your body as a black, hollow, shell. Feel the energy pulsing, and with each pulse increasing in size, until it completely fills your whole body. Psiballs Feel the energy concentrating around your arms, constantly flowing. Cup your hands as if holding a large softball. Move the energy out of your palms at a steady pace. The energy meet in between your palms, and form a ball. By this point you should notice things such as your hands twitching or tingling, or heat emmiting from your palms and pressure (similar to trying to push to magnets together). If so, congratulations, you've made a psiball! If you don't get it the first time, don't be discouraged. Practice makes perfect. | |
Shielding Shields are basically big psiballs around your body. You can make a shield into any shape/size and anywhere you want to. To make your basic shield begin to draw energy as if you were making a psiball. Now, move the energy around you in a ball. Feel it forming a ball around your body. Feel it hardening and repelling all energy. Congratulations, you just made a shield! Shields can be made to do many things, and are very useful. Play around with your shields, and see what you can do. Programming Ok, once you get a psiball or a shield up you can program it to do certain tasks. While you're making your psiball or shield, or after you've made it, concentrate on what you want it to do. Try to imagine it happening too instead of just telling it. I don't know how or why, but the psi energy will do what you tell it to do. This may take some practice for some, but once you get the hang of it it's really simple. This is a very good skill to learn, and it goes almost hand in hand with shielding. |
