Telekinesis

Ahh yes. Possibly the most well known of the kinesis'.

Danny's Techs

I can't claim I came up with these exercise ideas. They're actually from Peebrain's site, PSIPOG, and they were developed by him. I, however, explain how I go about practicing them.
The first tech is the key-on-a-string version. You take a string, hang a light weight(such as a key) on it, and then hang the string from a stationary object. I tried this for a while before I start to get results. What I did was visualise grayish colored waves emmitting from my forehead and repeatedly pounding the key. I got no results the first ten or so times I tried this. Then, one day, i got it to move, just a tiny little bit. I tried to do it again though, and it didn't work. I got frustrated and smacked the key, which started swinging back and forth. Then, I had an idea. I waited till the swinging slowed a bit, then started to try and change the direction it was swinging. I once again visualised the waves flying towards it, but this time pulling it towards me. Sure enough, it started to move more back and forth rather than side to side. At one point, it started swinging in a circle. Before it completely lost its momentum it had changed completely from swinging side to side, to swinging back and forth. Unfortunately, the string broke while I wasn't around(I think one of my siblings had somethng to do with it), and I lost the key. However, by that point I had moved on to something else, ehich brings us to our next exercise, the Psi-Wheel or Psi-Umbrella.
In order to do this exercise, you first have to make a psiwheel, as i will call it in this article. Take a small(small meaning one inch by one inch) square of lightweight paper, and fold it in half, from corner to corner. Unfold it, and then fold it again, from the opposite corners. Unfold it most of the way. You should now have a square of paper with a crease in the shape of an "X" on it. Adjust the paper until it looks like a pyramid. Put that aside for now. Find a thumbtack and set it down so the point is pointing up. You can also use a pin thrust through a piece of cork to help it stand up. Balance the top of your "pyramid" on the needle, so that you can spin it on top like a wheel. Congratulations! You just made a psiwheel! Now, to use it, you have to visualise, or even moreso, "feel" the paper spinning. I don't really know how to describe the feeling, you just ahve to keep trying and eventually you'll get it. Some methods I've heard of include visualising hands reaching out and pushing it, or waves of energy hitting it repeatedly. The results I've gotten with the psiwheel so far is just making it spin a bit once, and shake. If you think it's air currents moving it, or the floor shaking, it's not. To make sure this wasn't what was happening I put a glass over it and sat down five feet away from it. I could still shake it. I wish you luck with telekinesis. For some, it can be very hard to learn, but if you have patience, eventually you WILL do it.
