Meditation Before we start, you should know that meditation can also be used for other things than psionics, and it's proven that meditation reduces blood pressure. Ok, now to the point. Meditating is fairly simple once you learn how to clear your mind. Now, get in a comfortable place (bed, chair, ect.). Once you have found your place, stay there and don't move a muscle. Try to let go of all your muscles and go totally limp. You may loose feeling, but don't be afriad, this is totally normal. Try not to think of anything , but don't concentrate on not thinking (because then you would be thinking) just daze and let thoughts flow out of your mind. The longer you do this the deeper you will get. If you're familiar with astral projection then this should come easy. You may fall asleep too, but that'll go away with practice. With enough practice you'll be able to clear your mind easy and reach deep states of meditation within minutes. |
